5、 Installation requirements for use

1. Operator requirements: This machine tool is a high-precision CNC grinder, and the operator is required to have basic skills in operating CNC grinders. They must receive training from Party B and master safety operating procedures before they can use it.
2. Installation and environmental requirements:
The fluctuation of the power supply voltage should be within ± 10%, and the working temperature should be installed in a constant temperature room (20 ℃± 1 ℃) for use. The humidity should be less than 75%, and the installation should be away from the seismic source. If conditions permit, isolation trenches can be used. The horizontal placement of the equipment should be less than 0.02mm, and the level can be adjusted with adjustable shims.
3. The compressed air source requires three-stage filtration, and this machine tool is equipped with a precision three-stage filter. However, the supply air source needs to be processed by a dryer, with a pressure in the range of 0.5-0.7MPa, a water content of less than 90%, an oil content of less than 90%, a temperature of 17-19 ℃, and an impurity content of less than 1um.
